Chicken Ranch Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: crumbled bacon, avocado slices, or jalapenos for extra flavor
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Cook the chicken breasts until fully cooked and then shred them using two forks. You can also use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Mix the Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with ranch dressing. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
- Assemble the Wraps:
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Evenly distribute the chicken and ranch mixture onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
- Add a layer of chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, and green onions on top.
- Optional Additions:
- If using, add crumbled bacon, avocado slices, or jalapenos for extra flavor.
- Wrap it Up:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Secure with toothpicks if necessary to keep the wrap from unrolling.
- Serve:
- Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately. Enjoy with extra ranch dressing or your favorite dipping sauce.

- To save time, you can use store-bought pre-cooked chicken or leftover chicken.
